We maintain our manufacturing activities of PVC Extrusion and metal roll-form in our manufacturing plant in Gebze Industrial Zone, Kocaeli, Türkiye. We, as of 2022, export our products to more than 30 countries mostly in Europe, Western Asia and Northern Africa region.

Metal Beads- With our roll-forming machinery park, we manufacture over 8,000 tons per year of galvanized steel, aluzinc, and aluminum profiles — all in full compliance with EN 13658-1/2 and EN 14353 standards. This high-volume production reflects our commitment to European-certified quality, precision engineering, and long-term durability in every profile we deliver.
We manufacture over 67 million meters per year of aluminum and PVC profiles reinforced with fiberglass mesh — including ETAG 004-compliant mesh — using high-performance hot-melt glue and ultrasonic bonding technology within our advanced laminating machinery park. This combination ensures superior adhesion, long-term durability, and consistent quality across all thermal insulation applications.
